Organizational psychologist
Éveline Marcil-Denault holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the Université de Montréal (1998) and is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec. On behalf of PRDSA, she carries out assessment and intervention mandates in contexts marked by relational conflicts or difficulties linked to the work climate. Over the course of her career, she has led more than 400 awareness-raising conferences and training workshops in a variety of Quebec organizations. Her preferred topics are preventing and defusing relational tensions, harassment and incivility in the workplace, as well as reinforcing healthy and motivating management practices and psychological safety within teams.
After working as a consultant for the SPVM, then for CFC Group and Raymond-Chabot Ressources Humaines, she perfected her understanding of the issues associated with protecting workers' psychological health by taking up a position as coordinator at Solutions Humaines, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider.
Éveline Marcil-Denault was a lecturer at UQÀM in 2003 and at HEC Montréal between 1997 and 2014. She is the author of the books "Le travail source de questionnements" and "Du CV à l'embauche" (Ed. Quebecor 2003and 2005) and, between 2000 and 2016, her columns on psychology were heard and read in various media. She has been working with PRDSA for over 10 years.
