Accompaniment in dispute prevention and resolution - PRD

To support you fully in your efforts to maintain and re-establish a healthy work climate within a team, we offer a dispute prevention and resolution coaching service. The process is divided into two main phases: analysis and diagnosis of the situation, followed by support for the intervention team and deployment of targeted interventions with work teams.

This type of mandate is based on close collaboration between our lawyers and/or dispute prevention and resolution consultants and our clients, who are in charge of the project. It also enables a transfer of expertise and knowledge in action, facilitated by the joint responsibility assumed by our resources and our clients in the pursuit of the established objective.

Depending on the proposed action plan, PRDSA will be able to support internal resources in implementing and carrying out some of the recommendations, whether in terms of training, coaching, mediation or investigation.
