Ms. Simard is a dispute prevention and resolution consultant and management coach with PRDSA. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the Université de Sherbrooke, and is a member of the Ordre des psychologues and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
With over 25 years' experience, she has held senior positions in human resources in recent years. She has helped organizations and their executives manage strategic human capital challenges. She has worked with private and public companies in growth, decline and transformation. Her approach relies on authenticity and the establishment of trusting, collaborative relationships to equip organizations to optimize work dynamics and support the development of their people.
At PRDSA, Ms. Simard is involved in neutral workplace assessments, coaching, management support and work team consolidation. She also acts as a trainer, particularly in developing the skills of managers and employees to work in a healthy, motivating work climate.
