Who is this service for?

Surveyors or HR professionals/managers dedicated to survey mandates, working in companies, organizations or self-employed people interested in a learning and development process.

Description

Through our co-development offer for groups of professionals investigating psychological harassment, we aim to facilitate reflection and exchange, enabling participants to deepen and develop their practice. Co-development ensures that skills development is all the more significant since this practice is based on the principles of collective intelligence. It offers participants the opportunity to learn from their peers, while improving and consolidating their professional practices.

 *Please note that hours of co-development training, based on the Champagne and Payette approach, are recognized by the Ordre des CRHA.

Objectives

  • Facilitate discussions and exchanges enabling participants to deepen their knowledge of survey processes and methods, including best practices, methodology, the legislative framework and pitfalls to avoid;
  • Develop a strategic posture in the face of new legislative requirements, and enable forward-thinking in the context of change management;
  • Strengthen their position as impartial third parties by conducting rigorous and credible investigation processes, free from any external influence or pressure. Experience the benefits of a co-development approach and be in a position to implement its principles within their company;
  • Provide a confidential space where each participant feels listened to, valued and supported in their professional concerns and challenges;
  • Be part of a professional support group.
