Team manager, lawyer-investigator and accredited mediator
A team manager, JérémieJanosz has been a lawyer-investigator, mediator and trainer with PRDSA for many years. Mr. Janosz holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal, is a member of the Institut de médiation et d'arbitrage du Québec, and is accredited by the Québec Bar as a lawyer-investigator in matters of psychological harassment in the workplace.
As part of his duties,Mr. Janosz is involved in mediation and facilitation, investigations and neutral assessments in matters of psychological harassment, as well as any other problematic situation in the workplace, on behalf of public and private organizations. He also acts as a trainer, notably to develop the skills of respondents, managers and employees in dealing with psychological harassment, incivility and conflict in the workplace.
