We support organizations in drafting or updating their internal policies aimed at fostering a respectful working and living environment, free from all forms of incivility, harassment and sexual violence. To this end, we work in constant interaction with the stakeholders identified within the organization to provide us with the relevant information and to agree on the orientations, principles and intervention mechanisms to be favoured.
It should be noted that the Act to Prevent and Combat Psychological Harassment and Sexual Violence in the Workplace, by amending section 81.19 of the L.N.T., now specifies the minimum content of any policy for preventing and dealing with situations of psychological harassment that an employer must implement in its business. This policy must include information and training programs on the prevention of psychological harassment offered to employees and to persons designated by the employer to handle a complaint or report.
We will therefore ensure that our customers' Policies comply not only with any applicable legislative framework, but also with best practices in workplace dispute prevention and resolution.
