This conflict resolution training course is designed to equip managers and human resources professionals to intervene effectively in their environment, in particular by facilitating constructive dialogue between the people involved. It offers participants a concrete approach to understanding conflict, adopting the right posture and implementing appropriate intervention strategies, in order to foster a healthy and sustainable work climate.

• Tools and models (including the Thomas-Kilmann tool) for adapting your approach to each case.
