This e-learning masterclass examines the state of the law on the legal obligations of employers with regard to psychological harassment in the workplace, i.e. the obligations to prevent and put a stop to harassment, as defined by section 81.19 of the Act respecting labour standards. Presented by Marie-France Chabot, a lawyer emeritus specializing in harassment law and holder of a Master's degree in psychology, this course offers an in-depth analysis of the concepts surrounding the means of preventing harassment in the workplace, as well as the means of putting a stop to it, all taking into account the recent legal advances introduced by the Act to Prevent and Combat Psychological Harassment and Sexual Violence in the Workplace.
