Facilitation and restoration of work teams

Through semi-structured interviews and document analyses, this type of ADR process begins with a diagnostic step aimed at identifying the root causes (relational, structural and organizational) of the different workplace conflicts, as well as protective factors contributing to the prevention of further relational deterioration.

Next, our professionals determine the most appropriate ADR methods to resolve theissues identified in the diagnostic step. These workplace restoration interventions are implemented in a sequence of activities that provide a safe space where participants can try out ways to better collaborate in order to re-establish workplace trust.

This restoration process is solidified with the signing of a “Partnership Charter” that outlines the commitments made by everybody in the workplace, who will have their own resolution mechanisms for future disputes.
