Lawyer, Certified Mediator and Investigator
Caroline Perreault acts as an investigator and certified mediator with PRDSA. Before joining the team, she worked as a labour and employment rights lawyer in a local firm for eight years. In the course of her duties, she has advised multiple organizations in conflictual and litigious situations, namely regarding labour standards, psychological harassment, human rights and freedoms, health and safety, disciplinary measures and termination of employment. She has argued cases before administrative tribunals in Québec, served as mediator and facilitator for clients, and worked as a trainer in psychological harassment and other labour-related topics. She also taught the Droit du travail (Labour Law) course at a college in Sherbrooke.
A member of the Québec Bar since 2012, Mrs. Perreault holds an LLB and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is currently completing her Master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Universitéde Sherbrooke.
At PRDSA, MPerreault is involved in mediation and conducts investigations and neutral evaluations of psychological harassment cases and problematic workplace situations public and private organizations.
