Lawyer, Certified Mediator and Investigator
Chloée Joly acts as an investigator and certified mediator with PRDSA. Before joining the team, she worked for federal and municipal organizations for a number of years. In her work, she has advised her clients on the complex issues pertaining to human rights and workplace respect, as well as actively promoted alternative forms of dispute resolution and workplace well-being. She has also conducted several harassment and discrimination investigations.
A member of the Québec Bar since 2011, MJoly holds an LLB in Civil Law and a Juris Doctor (JD) from McGill University. She did her internship at the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague in the Netherlands. She also holds a certificate in workplace dispute resolution. She now focuses her practice on alternative dispute resolution.
At PRDSA, MJoly is involved in mediation and conducts investigations and neutral evaluations of psychological harassment cases and problematic workplace situations public and private organizations.
