Biography

Éveline Marcil-Denault has been an organizational psychologist, dispute resolution advisor, trainer and consultant for 20 years. A member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec, she serves as a dispute resolution advisor at PRDSA. She handles evaluation and intervention files that involve workplace conflicts. Her areas of expertise are preventing and defusing workplace tensions and reinforcing healthy, motivational management practices.

Ms. Marcil-Denault has acquired a deep understanding of the issues associated with protecting the psychological health of workers from her experience as a consultant for the SPVM, Groupe CFC and the Raymond-Chabot firm, as well as a coordinator for a major EAP supplier. A lecturer at HEC Montréal since 1997, she has also written two books (Le travail, source de questionnements and Du CV à l’embauche, published by Éditions Québecor, 2003 and 2005) as well as two novels. For the last few years, she has been interested in professional ethics and the promotion of civility and psychological security in the workplace.
