Héloïse Chavy

Héloïse Chavy acts as an investigator and certified mediator with PRDSA. She holds an LLM in Social Law and Labour relations from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in France. For four years, she worked as a legal technician in civil law and Aboriginal law at a Montréal law firm. A member of the Québec Bar since 2017, she practised law for two years with a firms pecialized in employment law and labour relations before joining PRDSA in the fall of 2019. She is mainly focused on alternative dispute resolution.

At PRDSA, MChavy is involved in mediation and conducts investigations and neutral evaluations of psychological harassment cases and problematic workplace situations  public and private organizations.
