Lawyer, Certified Mediator and Investigator
MJérémie Janosz acts as an investigator and certified mediator with PRDSA. He is also the firm’s information and technological resource project lead. He holds an LLB from the Université de Montréal and joined PRDSA in the winter of 2018 as an articling student. During his studies, he worked for the regulatory compliance department of a financial institution, where he assisted several lawyers with conducting compliance analyses and writing internal procedures.
At PRDSA, MJanosz is involved in mediation and conducts investigations and neutral evaluations of psychological harassment cases and problematic workplace situations public and private organizations.
