Maëlle Plaisantin

Maëlle Plaisantin acts as an investigator and mediator with PRDSA. She holds a Master’s in Mediation and Business Management from the Institut Catholique de Paris and a Certificate in Negotiation from Harvard University. She is currently completing her Master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Université de Sherbrooke.

While studying in Paris, MPlaisantin did an internship in the human resource departments at the head office of Crédit Agricole bank. Then as a law student in Québec, she worked for a firm specializing in workplace harassment. She joined PRDSA as an articling student in the summer of 2021.

At PRDSA,Plaisantin is involved in mediation and conducts investigations and neutral evaluations of psychological harassment cases and problematic workplace situations  public and private organizations.
