Lawyer, Certified Mediator and Investigator
Maryse Boucher acts as an investigator, certified mediator and arbitrator with PRDSA. Before joining the team, she worked as a litigator for nearly twenty years for a private firm. She has advised many individuals and organizations in civil and construction law, in addition to working as a civil, commercial and family mediator.
A member of the QuébecBar since 2002, Mrs. Boucher holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is currently completing her Master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Université de Sherbrooke.
At PRDSA, MBoucher is involved in mediation and conducts investigations and neutral evaluations of psychological harassment cases and problematic workplace situations public and private organizations.
