Lawyer, Certified Mediator and Investigator
Noémie Manseau acts as an investigator and certified mediator with PRDSA. She holds an LLB (internship path) from the Université de Sherbrooke, where she was on the Dean’s List. She did her articling in labour law, commercial law and civil litigation at a Québec City law firm, where she then practised law for two years. During her studies, she completed a number of articling opportunities related to intellectual property law with both the federal government and the legal department of an international company. She assisted the lawyers of the latter with conducting compliance analyses and drafting internal procedures.
Mrs. Manseau is also the chair of her neighbourhood council. She is currently finishing a Master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at the Université de Sherbrooke.
At PRDSA, MManseau is involved in mediation and conducts investigations and neutral evaluations of psychological harassment cases and problematic workplace situations public and private organizations.
