Those responsible for handling reports and complaints of psychological or sexual harassment at the workplace.
This bundle includes registration for a single person to the following three workshops: Harassment complaint admissibility analysis, Internally investigating and reporting harassment claims to management and Practising internal mediation at the workplace. This four-day training is given in hybrid mode, which comprises an asynchronous component (pre-recorded teaching material available online) and a synchronous component (participants attend a class in person or virtually through a videoconferencing platform).
Develop their skills at internally managing harassment incidents, from the initial workplace tension to the resolution of the situation, including the analysis of complaint admissibility, the investigation and mediation.
This bundle includes the contents of three training workshops, thus enabling participants to develop their informal and formal internal management skills in situations of harassment.
Online hybrid training: theory presentations, narrated PowerPoint presentations, exercises, mediation sessions in groups of three and feedback during the plenary session.
