This workshop raises awareness about the specific issues associated with workplace conflict and presents tools for proactively dealing with inappropriate behaviour and roadblocks to collaboration. Your organization’s harassment prevention policy may also be reviewed in order to identify the role and responsibility of each party concerned, as well as the complaint handling mechanisms set out therein. Moreover, hands-on activities will enable attendees to explore the workshop themes and promote constructive discussions about good prevention practices. As issues associated with workplace psychological harassment pertain to both the fields of law and workplace psychology, we favour addressing them using an interdisciplinary training approach.
