Lawyer, Certified Mediator, Investigator and Assistant Director
The Assistant Director of the firm, Noémie Raza serves as an investigator, facilitator and workplace mediator. She holds an LLB from the Université de Montréal and an LLMin Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is also a mediator accredited by the Québec Bar, IMAQ and the Court of Québec incivil, commercial and labour law, and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
At PRDSA, Mrs. Raza is involved in mediations and conducts investigations and neutral evaluations of psychological harassment cases and problematic workplace situations for public and private organizations. She also serves as a trainer, mainly in developing skills in handling psychological harassment, bullying and workplace conflict for senior managers and employees.
